  The “gunk” you, and all the other “cleansing” believers refer to is caused by the products you are consuming to get “clean”. NO ONE can walk around with 5-50 lbs of “fecal matter” in their intestines and not know it. And don’t give me that John Wayne “50 lbs of fecal matter found during autopsy” BS–because he NEVER HAD an autopsy. Why would he? His doctors knew the cause of death.

  You claim that master cleanser does absolutely nothing other than starve you, well, if you’re starved, why would you need to excrete such large amounts of colon gunk?

  The people that believe their bodies need to be “cleansed” need to pick up a book on human physiology and simple nutrition. They are wasting their money. A fool is born every minute.

  Not sure what “non-product based” means. Everything is “product if it is produced. Master cleanse is a scam, too. It is really unfortunate how much hype and misinformation there is about this idea of toxins. The vast majority of what you hear about toxins is simply untrue. Master Cleanse program is basically a way to starve yourself, with just enough sugar to keep you going for a few days. The lemon juice and cayenne pepper add nothing

  I have done a few non “product-based” and the gunk still comes out. Have you ever heard of Master Cleanser? It is the most effective cleansing regiment out there and it’s just simple natural lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

  Another major advantage that sea salt has over and above normal table salt is that it does not raise your blood pressure. This is because the sea salt and water solution, if mixed correctly, is not broken down into its components and is not made to pass into the blood stream. You also do not need to fear any water retention like you would have by consuming large amounts of normal sodium chloride.

  There is no need to “clean” the colon. It does an excellent job on its own. Just about everything that falls under the umbrella term of “cleansing” is pseudo science or scam, unless you consider increasing your fruit, vegetable and fiber intake from whole foods as “cleansing.” The products you take that cause a mass of gunk to come out of you are a scam and a blatant deception. The gunk only comes out of the people who take the product, because the gunk is created by the product!
