Is there an at home way to clean out my colon?
I know you can with a doctor of course but what about something I can take or do to clear out my colon?
Doing it to loose some weight. NOT MUCH I KNOW but try something at home!

A series of enemas works very well, but the weight loss only temporary.
Yes, there are many products out there for colon cleansing. You can even find them in the health store. However, colon cleansing can be dangerous if you overdo it.
The best solution I have found is oxy powder capsules. Their program is very easy to do, and very non intrusive.

It’ll give you diarrhea but thats the whole point,
do this for about 5 days, and eat nothing but prunes and prune juice.
