For the past couple months I have turned my life around and lost 30 pounds from eating well and exercise. This past week i went on vacation and ate a lot of junk food and did not exercise at all. I feel sluggish and i have cramps and gas from all this junk food that my body is not used too. Does any one know any remedies or tips to detox my body?

I’ve been interested in trying the "master cleanse" lemon detox diet. There seems to be a consensus that lemons have to be fresh squeezed and not from concentrate, or the detox effects will not be present. However, I was wondering if organic lemon juice would provide the same results? Also, any personal tips/experience anyone has with the diet would be helpful. Thanks.
