Say that I’m in the middle of the 3 days required during the 72 Hour Diet Pill, but I’ll be drinking the night of the 2nd day. I know that they say not to drink alcohol because well, it kind of slows down progress of the diet pills. But are there any real health risks to do that? It’s not like I’m going to be having the pills and washing them down with a shot of tequila.

I was on a weight loss website and lots of the ladies were raving on about this awesome weight loss programme where you combine the two tablets. You can get free trials of both but i didnt want to do if its not worth it. I want genuine opinions no rude answers please. I also go to the gym a few times a week but i cant go everyday because I have a baby. Thanks everyone
