  Try this: put one half teaspoon of baking soda in 1 quart of water. It will elevate the Ph to about 7.5; then add 2 teaspoons of Benefiber. Drink three quarts a day. I’m no Dr. but this gives you the benefit of adequate alkaline water and fiber – two important aspects of a healthy colon. Don’t use more baking soda because it starts to taste aweful if you add more and you don’t want it to be overly alkaline.

  this is sad, when you do not know that your colon is your butt, yes, this is where your poo poo comes out of, hello, think about it, this is why people come down with colon cancer because of not knowing what to eat and drink. Yes, colon cancer is from your butt.

  Colonexperts, YES AND EMPHATICALLY THIS VIDEO HAS HELPED ME ALOT. And from now on I will eat right. Mostly vegetables and fruits and wheat bread only and most importantly PLENTY OF WATER. Anyway I was doing this before but without the plenty of water but this video really just reminded me of how serious I really need to get. I work with patients and I would hate to see myself like that when I get old.
