My husband is going to school to be a GI doctor, he also works in the GI department which works with patients needing a colonoscopy. The best stuff to use is magnesium citrate. You can buy that at any drug store for about 2 dollars.
I have used Ultimate Cleanse by Natures Secret and it’s about $30. a health food store clerk told me that magnesium is good like your last answer b/c we don’t get alot in out food anymore and it’s a natural substance.
I used dual action cleanse, which there are always infomercials on TV for it, but you can but it in the drug stors over the counter for about $40, I got it at walgreens, but its at Rite Aid, and CVS, I dont know what you have around you, but I think CVS was the cheapest. It worked great but I have to say you need to eat a little more when your on it because it makes your stomach hurt a little, I think its supposed to, so I took it every other day instead of the daily reccomendation. I felt alot better and it still worked. I do it like once every 6 months, and you take it for 6 months, if you go to the website, it will show you what the inside of your colon looks like and its so terrible, so you really need to check the website out it shows you alot, either that or watch one of the infomercial on it.
