I am trying a natural alternative to help heal my psoriasis. The book (by John O.A. Pagano) recommends using high colonics or home enemas during the first couple months of dieting to help cleanse the colon. Since this book was originally published in 1991, I’m not sure how far along products such as Colonix or Bowtrol were (or if they even existed at all) and Dr. Pagano does not mention them in the book. From what I’ve read on the Internet, however, it appears to me these products have the same effect as a high colonic, and may even be safer and more effective.

Well there definitely is a difference between Colonix and a colonic or enema. A colonic or enema is just a one time thing. It may clean you out quicker, but a colon cleaner would be for 30 days and help you become much more regular. Dr. Natura’s Colonix will definitely make you regular. You can find out more about Colonix at http://www.coloncleanseproductreviews.com it’s an online blog about one users use of a colon cleaning system.
Not really.. There is no easy way to cleanse the bowels, even the enemas and colonics don’t really work unless you are fasting already a couple weeks first… It is a real challenge to clean your bowels and it don’t ever come easy and comfy.
If I were you I would take a trip to Thailand and check into the Dharma Healing Center on Ko Samui. Google these words and find it…. Let me know how it went…
