If you&#8217;re like me you most likely spent a large amount of money on all those things we see on TV, and in the stores which claim to be the one that may give us the body we&#8217;d like.</p>
<p>Well they never seemed to really do the job for me. So I decided to do a little research, and put together my private plan on how it&#8217;s possible to get rock solid abs. I use my system 5 days every week, and i have seen good results from it.</p>
<p>First what I really like to do is jog for 2 miles. Running or jogging is the main key to building your abs. Most people think in order to have perfect abs they must do millions of crunches. That is simply a myth. Yes crunches do help, but the major factor is cardiovascular workouts.</p>
<p>Before fat even begins to burn away from your stomach you&#8217;ve got to run at least 30 minutes. So jogging for 2 miles at a medium speed takes about 30 mins for me. When I am done jogging my two miles I&#8217;ll then walk for a mile, then jog again for my last mile.</p>
<p>So when all is set and done I have jogged / walked four miles. Now this might appear like a lot but it&#8217;s actually not. Naturally you&#8217;ll doubtless have to build your way up to 4 miles. So start by doing one mile for a week then 2 miles the next week, and work your way up to 4 miles.</p>
<p>When you have finished the jogging and walking its time to do some abs crunches to aid in building the muscle in our body. This can simply be done at any gymnasium, or right in your home. I advise that you lay down on a mat to give your back more support and comfort. For starters doing 3 sets of twenty AB crunches is ideal we do not have to kill ourselves. When you did that for 1 or 2 days work your way all of the way up to 3 sets of 50.</p>
<p>So this is the plan that I have put together to get rock solid abs, and I&#8217;ve been using this system for 2 months now, and I now can look in the mirror and see my abs like I usually wanted. This is simple to do for anyone, and it works!</p>

Having a bowel movement once a day is fine, too.<br />
Having a bowel movement every other day is not very good,<br />
and having a bowel movement every few days is very irregular (bad).</p>
<p>I tend to have bowel movements every few days, and I didn&#8217;t know that it&#8217;s not normal.  I eat plenty of salads (atleast one a day).  I don&#8217;t eat a lot of cheese, or things that would cause constipation.</p>
<p>I thought maybe I should take some powder fiber for my drinks, but I heard that it&#8217;s bad, and that I should cleanse my colon.  I have tried &quot;colon cleanse&quot; pills, but I think it was just a gimmic because they did absolutely nothing!</p>
<p>What suggestions would you give?<br />
How regular are your bowel movements.<br />
Should I get this checked out, or just change my diet, and add on some fiber options.<br />
The only medication that I&#8217;m on is Lybrel Birth Control.</p>
