  colon cleansing is bad 4 u..my aunt used it and she ended ^ in da hospital

  It is not safe to do this at home as you need to insert the enema nozzle to far up in the colon for a real cleansing. What if you perforate yourself while trying to do this?

  Google the milk and molasses enema. I have never tried it, but I hear it REALLY works.

  I’ve never heard of a home remedy for colon cleansing. Always best to get medical advice before doing anything like that or there are medications that will help with cleansing.

  The direct and most effective approach would be a good scrubbing with a wire brush.

  Go to walgreens or other store, and get fiber!, its a good one for that problem, i bought it before, and i was going to the bathroom like 3 times a day, and it was coming out alot, i was like, if i wouldnt buy this fiber, i wouldnt never know that i have alot of poop in me. buy it its cheap, and u will see it working in the same day.

  1/4 cup castor oil
  1/4 cup of beer
  mix together and take right before bed.
  -make sure you dont have any important plans for the morning.

  One that a few people have told me works really well is the "Royal Flush." You can find it at http://www.abundantlifehealth.net. On the bottom right of the page is the link to the Royal Flush. You replace one meal a day with this concoction

  yes its called an enema. You can use warm water with some herbs or warm oil with herbs. The first thing you need to learn is how to do an enema without tearing apart the colon. Do some research. There are lots of places to get answers for doing an enema.

  There are several ways eg. lemonade diet, juice fasting, apple fasting, etc. Just google these terms and you should get a ton of information.
