I agree with Sonya. Not only is it worthless but can be harmful if it removes your natural bacterial organisms that reside in your intestines

your body has it’s own cleansing system called pooping. you really don’t need anything else. don’t listen to that new age medicinal crap.

YES!! but i didnt go to a doctor and do it… we had to do ao colon cleanse when we went through massage school…. what you need to do is go a brown rice fast for 4 days. during those four days you can eat as much plain brown rice(no butter, salt, nothing) as you wish. twice a day you need to take psyllium. to do this you need to get powder psyllium and mix it in water, drink it fast other wise it clumps up. what this does is straighten out the regea in your colon. every night for the four days you need to give your self an enima…. also cold showers in the morning, and hot baths at night. drink at least 100 oz of water everyday!!!
I know this sounds really weird, but im telling you it works and you dont have to apy a drs bill at the end of it.

I never have, it is fairly harmless. The side effects will be loss of money. The only possible gain from this would be if you physically enjoyed the feeling of having fluids pushed into your rectum.

Otherwise its a complete waste of time.

Sister I will tell you this once you have a real Colon Cleansing you will know it and you won’t forget it, P.S. It does not hurt.unless you get the nurse with a bag full of whatever that stuff is and it has a long tip and they squeeze all of that fluid into your stomach and you can figure out the rest.
