i hear so much about how u can drop weight with colon cleanse products but has anyone really tried them and had it work?

I regularly do colon cleanse twice a year. I use it less for losing weight though. I use it more for having a better healthier system. I know there are arguments against it but it does me some good healthwise personally, so I do it. What do I have to lose eh?

I do usually lose a bit after colon cleansing but this is weight that comes back if I don’t eat healthy food nor exercise afterwards. Besides I don’t recommend colon cleansing as a long-term thing. A week should be fine.

I have read though that Beyonce and Gwyneth Paltrow swear by the lemonade colon cleanse. It doesn’t sound nice at all but apparently, it’s worked for them.

If you ever do do this though, make sureyou’re you don’t have any underlying diseases that could worsen because of colon cleansing.
