Why are u taking cleansing pills? try eating certain foods over a period of time and increasing your water. I think colon cleansing is a bit drastic and probably only required if doing surgery or doctor recommended. I dont think its someting to be done often. I know people swear by it and say how great it makes them feel... but so do lots of things and frankly i think its the addictive feel good that makes them keep at it!! You should also be careful about imbalances cause by loss of electrolytes I think once u start on them your setting yourself up for a lazy colon.
