your youtube vid starts off with a mc donalds ad just to let you know. i have done a detox before and lasted two weeks, the strange thing was i did this in the middle of summer and i felt very cold, i would be shivering, i also got alot of pimples and my face felt greasy for abit. i felt it did work though progressing as i tried abit of chocolate and i felt “high”. is miso and mung beans okay? in a detox as miso soup is high in sodium, also i wanted to ask if spices were ok?
how can you detox yourself when drinking water that has flouride and other toxins, doesn’t make sense.
I wonder if you can take all the spent crud in a juicer and add it to something like pancakes.
@psychetruth I really appreciate your reply and time taken to answer this, I do enjoy your videos. As well as warning viewers about the chemicals in foods, body products, etc., please warn them to have a look at the ingredients of “good” products, vitamin supplements, detox drinks, etc. Many will contain the same substances that you think you’re trying to detox from your body: that’s because some of these things are either inert, or beneficial. Also note carefully who actually makes them!
@ThePhonoJack Why do you say that? Its sensible, effective, and healthy. If you do your research, the biggest scam is the traditional approach to weight loss and the diets and pills they try to sell you. The best advice is what you never hear. Like avoiding sugar because its like poison, focus on blood sugar and nutrients and forget about calories, avoid trans fats because they make your cells vunerable. Detox is extremely important, especially with the amount of toxins in our food
@Darkdragynxi Im having the same problem quitting smoking, but as for the protein part, its in almost everything. Protein deficiencies are very uncommon, unless all you eat is junk food. Some of the best vegetarian sources are legumes and nuts, peanut butter, vegetarian “meatless meats” and cereals. But if your actually eating healthy, you shouldnt have to worry about protein. If you go on google its very easy to find information on vegetarianism.
@funk192 We have a high quality water filter, No flouride or other toxins for us. :0) They aren’t that expensive by the way.
Or you could eat a box of Bran Flakes with whole milk. It’ll pay off in dividends in a few hours….
what about getting out of polluted cities ? i wonder if i can make it eventually.
@psychetruth Which one (water filter) do you use? Off topic, I’ve heard wheat grass can effectively remove fluoride, but that sounds a bit too good to be true. Thanks in advance if you reply. Great info!
@Darkdragynxi I had a lot of luck using acupuncture when I quit smoking.
I live a very active life, I don’t think fasting is a very good idea for me (i know of the enormous benefits it gives you but i don’t think I can survive it! =( ) My diet already consists of the foods you were mentioning for detox. Could I just use a “detox kit” and not alter my diet too much? Would that be beneficial to me cuz I still feel like I need to detox. Thanks!
@Darkdragynxi I was a heavy smoker for 22 years. I just stopped smoking cigerettes myself and haven’t had one in about six weeks.
What I did was switch an electronic cigerette or “e-cig”. I started with 24 mg nicotine liquid, smoked it for a while, switched to 12 mg nictotine and now I am down to 6 mg nicotine.
The process was actually quite painless and have very little crazings now.
@ThePhonoJack That incorrect sir/ma’am; most body builders have placed myself on a detox after just the first month of training with them. DO NOT GO Big Pharma. How does Big Pharma makes there money? When you come back to purchase there meds to cover up your symptoms. There are more natural and more effective ways to get stuff done.
I have a few questions; How would one quite smoking? I have tried everything… From going cold turkey (6months) To Chantrix (SSRI’s) (3months) Every time I always find myself going back. Believe me I want nothing more then to quit smoking. But the going crazy part (withdraws) is a killer. Also, you said that it would be good to cut out meat, if one would to do that how would you get your protein? For example, if I am a weight lifter how would I get enough protein to do that?
