I am so frustrated right now, because I feel like maybe my bf fell into a scam. I know he did this out of love, so I cant really blame him. I have been overweight, and my bf has tried to researched some products that has been all the rave on the internet and reading the "journals" and diaries written by the so called people who has used the products and claimed that it worked, he was wowed by the journals and so he ordered the trial for me its a 15 day trial and after the trial, they will start charging. Its called the "power colon cleanse" consisting of 30 pills. I got the pills today, sent from china, and after I received it, I went online and did some research and found a whole website of complaints, people saying it is a rip off, and they kept getting charged and they will automatically ship you the supplies and charge you, and when you try to call them, they will put you on hold for a really long time and eventually they will hang up, and I’ve read that you cant reach them by email. I havent experienced that yet (and dont want to), so I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone, and how did you get out of it? I dont want this to happen to my bf, I advised him to close his account, so they wont be able to take any money, would this really solve this problem? I mean I dont want to steal from them, I would pay them the 80 dollars for that 1st month and thats it but I will not accept them automatically charging me whenever they want to like some people have claimed. Thanks for your inputs

I fell for one similar. Problem is, it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to cancel the shipments. I finally sent a letter to the return address on that package.
