I’ve been noticing that people will ask a legitimate question and there’s almost always someone posting something about colon cleansing products? Shouldn’t they be weeding these people out??

It’s not just you. I’ve reported them a few times. They’re definitely in here spamming! But reporting them gets them gone quickly.

I report them.
I have both reported these posters and posed the question "Why are they allowed past scrutinizers?" Or Why not pre-post delete these answers like some questionable questions disappear BEFORE posting.
They are very annoying and should be banned on YA in my opinion
