  Question – is it ok to use expresso in lieu of coffee?

  why are you wearing just a top and no pants or skirt? Or is that suppose to be a dress? But it hardly covers ANYTHNG not tht I mind but why do you have something that short on? Question-if you use coffee for the colon cleanse-how many sugar and creams should be in it? Is it best to use cream, milk, skim milk or dark coffee? What is best? What if I want to use Sweet-n-low? is that ok? Is Dunkin Donuts better than Starbucks? Afterwards-should the coffee be reheated before drinking it?

  you can look up enema bag/kit online & epson salt u can pretty much find in any store or pharmacy, u might even b able 2 find enemas kits at wall mart or the pharmacy & read the online recipes how 2 mix the different enema solutions, if u do use a soap solution it should b castile soap, I read a coffee enema is supost 2 b really beneficial, I personal havet had a enema but we can getmore, quicker absorbtion through the colon aswell as clean itout. search benefits of the different enema solutions
