  @Snezhinka9 I did a trial, which was only for three days. Unfortunately the minimum they actually ‘sell’ is for 6. But I kind of wish that I HAD done it for 6, to see what would happen. There are other detox places that do shorter times, maybe – but I think that 6 days is when you would really start to notice things happen! (Like loss of brain cells, haha)

  Hi there Ruth, happy new year! I’d like to ask you how you managed to do this one for 3 days – there’s only the 6 day option on the website. Thanks in advance, feel very toxic after new year, thinking of doing this.
