I was looking up colon cleansing and saw some interesting pictures of what they take out of people. I eat healthy; no processed foods, lots of fruits and vegetables, and no meat. So I am wondering if I have that crap in my colon. Look it up, it so gross!

You can yes. Over years your colon can accumulate things and you may think you’re eating ok, but you could ingest things such as intestinal worm eggs etc which then infiltrate your intestines. These things can even come from the water you drink. No one is 100% safe and it’s best to clean out your colon every once in a while.

Colon cleansing is absolutely useless. Don’t waste your money on colon cleansing stuff, just eat healthy, drink enough water, and the bacteria in your colon will take care of it for you.
yup it is gross. remember though, most of these sites have pics from other undeveloped countries. americans and such dont usually have this type of junk inside them. and as far as the cleansing goes, watch out if you take anything – it could make you dehydrated and cause problems. sounds like you eat well,….stop worrying. OH yeah remember it IS the colon and it does what its supposed to do…….
