<p>Not all kids are interested in playing outside. Now, they play with their friends with the help of online games. They play in the comforts of their own rooms. Where&#8217;s the exercise and sweat in that? The only body part that is getting some exercise is their fingers.</p>
<p>They get fat because they eat more junk when they watch television or play the computer. They have no exercise. They don&#8217;t do any sport. What is more is that they don&#8217;t eat right. They would rather eat fast food or pizza rather than home cooked meals.</p>
<p>As a parent, it is time that you take some action. You need to get them moving. Hand them over the squash racquet or the junior tennis racquet so they can start burning off calories. If they don&#8217;t know how to do it, they can take some classes.</p>
<p>You need to be strict. Tell them that playing video games would have to be reduced to at least an hour. You could also offer a trade.
