  This sounds about right, but I’m taking a colon cleanse right now and I swear I’m dropping much larger dumps. Definitly longer than just the amount of the fiber stuff I take before meals, plus I’ve noticed that I’m never messy back there anymore. I don’t ever hafta rip the TP more than once per sitting.

  this is so true, metamucil itself will couse this if not taken with enough water. people are fooled by the Psyllium Husk fiber. i found it out the hardway.

  Thank you Jessica! I was just about to order my first package of Colonix, after having read dozen of testimonials of happy Colonix users and all FAQs on their website… However, something kept bugging me and I simply could not believe that such gross stuff could build up and stay in our bodies for so long… I am glad that I decided googling Colonix on YouTube and found your video… Again – thank you for taking the time to perform the experiment, record it, and post it on YouTube.
