  oh and also.. colon cleanse pills are a gimic. i went to the health food store and thats what he told me. what you should do instead is go to the health food store and get ground flax seed and before you eat anything in the morning mix a tablespoon of it with a big glass of water and drink it it does the same effect over time

  yes, its normal to have diarrhea on the super colon cleanse! keep up the great work ps i just subscribed to you.

  The Super Colon Cleanse should be great. It is natural. When I worked at the health food store years ago. I used it. It works well. You should go to the bathroom cause it is removing the waste and toxic out your colon. The only way it will come out is that way.

  I could see how the colon cleanse would do that. I have been wondering about those things myself. Just my lack of funds keeps me from it xD Keep us posted on what happens with super colon cleanse? =] I am interested to hear about others as well.

  I’m trying the sacred heart diet too…today is my first day, I have been eating fruit and that soup…not too bad so far, i like the soup and I am full. Anyways, let me know ur updates on this diet and i will give u my updates…thanks

  Thats wonderful on no purging for 2 weeks. Im so proud of you, and you should so be so proud of yourself. I remember when I got that far, it was awesome thing. Celebrate it!!! Ed isnt winning this one!
