Wow! totally inspiring. It’s interesting how really pretty/beautiful/handsome these people are – but I didn’t notice when they were overweight. When they lost the weight they had beautiful faces; above average.
oh and as far as nutrition went, i ate a lot of good fats which are in avocados, olives, and fish.
yea if you do it the right way. when i started my weightloss plan i started at 340 pounds. within a month, i dropped 23 pounds. I didnt do anything drastic. I limited my calories to no more than 1600 per day. I took 1 hour walks five days a week. i lifted weights 5 days a week as well. hope this helps.

its possible but i would shoot for 2 pounds a week…
i ve been trying to lose wieght…but everytime i start i just last 2 weeks n then i stop and all the hard work i put in goes to waste….about a year ago i used to wiegh 233…3 months ago i weigh 190 but now i went back to 200…any advice i can take from u peeps???..my goal is to be 170….how do i stay motiviated? how do i keep going without stopping?
ye that’s fine, the docs say 3 lbs a week is the most you should be losing healthily. So 3 x 8 = 24lbs tops in 2 months before you risk getting stretch marks or something.
this clip makes me want to go the gym right now but it’s 3am…and i already went to the gym 8 hours ago! i’m gonna watch this from now on before my workouts to motivate me.

yea exactly that. The heaviest i can bench is 225 on like 4 reps but instead i do about 180 at 12 reps…much better.
All of these people are amazing, but 3.14 is simply badass dedication.
Yup because bigg weights make your muscle tissue tare it bulks up when it repairs by repairing with more tissue than it needs.
