  I use citric magnesium, in a green bottle at the grocery store for about $2. Stay close to the toilet for about an hour or so. If you drink it all at once you only have one go around after about an hour

  Try Fleet’s phospho soda. It comes in a three ounce bottle. mix 1 1/2 ounces into 12 oz water, hold nose and drink (tastes like seawater). Repeat in two hours. Get a good book and some soft tissue. You’ll be busy.

  A colonic bag. It looks like a hot water bottle with a long tube on it. If you can’t find it at a drug store try a medical supply store.

  Barring that, a liquid laxative followed by an eight hour fast and a Fleet enema will make you squeaky clean.
