A wire brush, ok, just joking, sorry I don’t actually have an answer. Maybe the next person will know.
If you need it clean for an invasive procedure such as a colonoscopy, or for better anal sex, I’d reccomend a fleet enema. They aren’t that expensive and they’re really effective.
If you’re doing it just for health reasons, just drink lots of water, eat plenty of fiber and avoid eating fats.

Your colon is self cleaning…unless your doctor prescribes you a product to clean you out for medical reasons, there is no benefit in any of those scam products and some can actually be detrimental…skip them….
Eat lots of fiber and that’ll help keep things moving through your colon…lots of fruits and veggies and grains…otherwise, you should be fine…if you have a medical issue, see your doc and don’t buy any of that infomercial junk…they’re just trying to make a buck off people desperate for weight loss methods or who buy into someone who has never met them telling them how unhealthy they are…
